I’ve been doing organizational development consulting for over 20 years. My journey is a winding one with deep and meaningful stops along the way, reflective of my values of Integrity, Service, and Growth, while balancing my own unique needs and passions.

While my undergraduate days at the University of Michigan were wonderful, I discovered a profound need for the mountains and adventure that weren’t met in Ann Arbor. So I moved to Taos, NM, to explore the mountains as a white-water river guide on the Rio Grande and a ski instructor at Taos Ski Valley. 

But after five years, other needs emerged - to grow, to give back, to take on some of life’s greater challenges.  So I returned to Boston, MA, to pursue a Master’s Degree in Dispute Resolution, hoping to help people and the world - I knew there had to be a better way to do things.  And the rest is a mix of planned and unplanned adventures in my life and career that have shaped who I am and what I bring.
